More Gun Laws!

Hey just what we need more gun laws! HR 45 is starting the process of going through congress, it is onerous, it is restrictive and by virtue of the fact that it's a law it will only affect the law abiding! The law abiding gun owners in this country are not committing crimes. Criminals are committing crimes. Laws don't seem to bother or stop the criminals. What is it about this that the law makers in this country don't understand. If murder is illegal and bad people commit murder how is a silly gun law going to stop them? What it does is make it harder for the hard working, law abiding citizens of this country to defend themselves against the law breakers who would harm us and our families. Let's enforce the laws already on the books, let's not let violent criminals work a revolving door legal system to be repeat offenders. What more laws like  this do is take away more and more of our freedom and have no effect on the criminals at all. What is it that the gun grabbers don't understand about the second amendment? You know the part that states the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed!  This sure sounds like infringement to me!
